Jiu jitsu teaches practical self defence techniques to people of all
ages and sizes. It doesn't rely on strength, so it's equally useful to
both men and women. Training is relaxed and fun with new and experienced
students training together.
Social events throughout the year include visits to other clubs around
the country, friendly competitions, an annual ball and almost anything
else anyone can suggest.
Of course, we can always be found in the pub after training!

There are two Aiuchi Jiu Jitsu clubs in the London area and many more
around the country.
